This course is structured to give you a detailed understanding of the Quran, and also familiarises you with the beauty of the Arabic text. The word to word translation, roots of words, and word analysis, enriches your understanding of the kalaam of Allah and nurtures you to make this noble scripture a part of your lives: Quran fi Hayati.

Tafseer Surah Al Fatiha to Surah An Naas Certified Course

If you're looking for a programme which you can manage to cope with alongside your busy schedules, jobs, universities, then here is a perfect solution for you! This Quran fi Hayati course is the same complete structured programme, but at a slower, more accommodating pace.

This course is a more relaxed alternative to the regular Quran fi Hayati course. While the content and criteria for certification remain the same, the pace is more accommodating, with classes held only once a week.


Course Pattern

This is an intensive Quran Tafseer programme, structured for students who want to undertake a study of the Qur'an on a more serious level.

The Tafseer class will be held once a week, and the medium of instruction will be English.

The classes will be pre recorded sessions for Surah al Fateha and Surah Al Baqarah under the guidance of an experienced teacher who will facilitate the class and interact with the students.

The classes from Surah Ali 'Imran onward will be done live.

Students who cannot join the live session will have access to the Tafseer recordings and can hear it later. However it is mandatory for the students to have heard the Tafseer before the weekly group session which will be held on Sunday/Monday.

All students will be allotted a group where they will be under the tutelage and mentorship of an experienced teacher who will be their Group In-charge.

In the group sessions, students will be expected to memorise the word to word translations and root words of the class that has been done in the past week. They will also be expected to have heard the lecture of the week.

Students who are incapable of attending the live group sessions, or giving tests, can still continue this programme with sincerity and attend the group sessions when possible. They will retain access to all course material. However, such students will not be eligible for certification.

Students will be evaluated for their study, and marked for their attendance in the weekly groups; this will eventually affect the certification. 

There will be a test at the end of every Juz. Students must pass this test in order to acquire a certificate of completion at the end of the course.

The minimum age limit for this course is 13 years. There is no maximum age limit.

  • Registration Commences on : 20th April 2024

  • Course Duration : 6 yrs 6 months

  • Course Commencement : 30th April 2024

  • Day of Tafseer: Every Tuesday (attendance optional)

  • Class Timings: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (GMT)

  • Days of Group Discussion: Sunday/Monday (attendance of groups is mandatory for students who want certification)

  • Group Timings: Sunday - 6:00 am & 7:00 am (GMT) in the morning is the only group available right now

  • Please Note : The duration of each group session with the Group Incharges will be for 40 minutes.

Course Fee

  • Monthly Subscription: $10 per month. This amount will be automatically deducted every month (including the holiday months) over a period of 6 years and 6 months

  • Bi Annual Subscription: $50 per 6 months. This amount will be automatically deducted every 6 months over a period of 6 years and 6 months

    Course reference material will be provided only to students registered for the certified course. Further study tools and aids will be provided as and when required.

  • Additional Time Slot

    An extra day has been allotted for certified students so that you can connect with your teachers and clear your doubts. These will be live sessions where each student will be allowed to interact with their Group In-charge.

  • Evaluations

    Group meetings will be held where each student will be individually evaluated. These assessments help students identify their weak areas and get guidance. Besides, there will be a detailed test at the end of the Juz for certified students only.
